4 quality requirements

4.1 print size

4.1.1 should comply with the provisions of GB 788. The non-standard format shall be negotiated by the entrusting party and the printing unit

4.1.2 the allowable deviation of the folio size of fine products is 0.5mm, and that of general products is 1.0mm

4.2 pressure and ink color

4.2.1 the pressure and ink color of the printing format are uniform. The density of fine products is 0.27 ~ 0.33, and that of general products is 0.25 ~ 0.35. Classical Chinese shall be subject to the word "zhe" or the word with the same stroke, and the density data is the same as the word "

text imprint: fine products are clear and complete, and general products have no obvious missing strokes

4.2.2 requirements for the format uniformity of printed pages:

the format uniformity of fine products should be greater than 15/16, and that of general products should be greater than 14/16

in uneven format, the density of "de" should be in the range of 0.20 ~ 0.40

4.3 overprint

the front and back overprints of each page in the printed page are accurate, and the overprint tolerance is:

5 test

5.1 test environment

5.1.1 temperature: 23 ± 5 ℃

5.1.2 humidity: 60% ± 15%

5.1.3 light source: the illumination of the sample viewing platform is 300 ± 100lx (Lux)

5.2 inspection method

5.2.1 visual inspection method

5.2.1.1 observe the front and back of the printed page according to the standard pressure printing sample, and check whether it meets the printing pressure requirements

5.2.1.2 according to the standard ink color printing sample, compare the part and the whole of the printed page to check whether it meets the ink color requirements

5.2.2 measurement method

5.2.2.1 use a ruler or tape to check the size of printed pages. Check the text with a 5 ~ 10 times magnifying glass

5.2.2.2 according to the provisions of 4.3, use light or natural light to check the overprint of printed pages, and measure with a ruler or tape

5.2.2.3 according to the provisions of 4.2.1, use a densimeter to measure the data from the four corners and middle parts of the printed page
